This policy applies to deh-law.com, the public-facing website of attorney Daniel E. Holloway. Use of this website is also subject to the legal notices.

Information collected through the contact pages

The contact pages on this website do not collect or store information directly. Instead, the "Email Daniel" links open the visitor's own email application with a structured template. The visitor decides what to write, send, or omit. Sending an email does not create an attorney-client relationship.

The "Email Daniel" link sends to [email protected], a mailbox hosted by Google Workspace. Google processes the email in accordance with its own privacy practices.

Analytics

This website uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, a privacy-respecting analytics service provided by the website's hosting provider. It does not use cookies and does not assign persistent identifiers to visitors. It collects only aggregate information — pages viewed, approximate country of origin, browser and device type, and referral source — to help understand which parts of the site are useful.

Hosting

This website is delivered through Cloudflare Pages. As with any internet service, the hosting provider may log standard request metadata (IP address, user agent, request time) for security and reliability purposes.

How information is used

Information sent by email through the contact pages is used solely to evaluate the described matter, respond to the inquiry, and conduct any conflict check or intake that follows. It is not sold, traded, or used for marketing.

Retention

Inquiry emails are retained for the period necessary to evaluate the matter, run a conflict check, and respond. Email from inquiries that do not become engagements is retained only as long as professional and ethical obligations require, then deleted.

Your choices

To request access to information held about you, request correction or deletion, or ask any other privacy-related question, email [email protected].

Children

This website is not directed to children, and inquiries are not knowingly accepted from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information through this website, contact us so the submission can be deleted.

This policy may be updated to reflect changes in practice or applicable law. The effective date below indicates when the current version was published.
